Among numerous tertiary recovery technologies, Alkaline/Surfactant/Polymer (ASP) flooding outstands and becomes one of the most inspiring methods. Using the cooperation of alkaline and surfactant,it decreased interfacial tension. And the polymer improved the mobility ratio. Therefore it could increase the oil recovery dramatically.Meanwhile, numerical simulation of ASP flooding is becoming mature. Based on the research of earlier stage, a detailed investigation is conducted over the synergistic oil displacement mechanism and various physico-chemical phenomena. Moreover, the new physico-chemical phenomena of compound flooding recognized in recent years have been further studied and described in detail, such as emulsion, diffusion & dispersion and alkaline scale. And the software modules describing the new physico-chemical phenomena have been added to Gcomp. Finally the new model becomes a consummate, exquisitely described and realistic one by adding these physico–chemical phenomena into mathematical model. Both reservoir and physico-chemical parameters are the important factors, which influence the oil displacement effect. Using revised Gcomp software, we did the sensitivity analysis on reservoir parameters, such as reservoir heterogeneous, rhythm, vertical permeability, etc. and physico-chemical parameters, such as chemical agents'concentration, absorption, etc. In addition, the revised model is used to solve the practical problem. Injection system optimization is designed on W8-4 group of Jinzhou 9-3 oilfield and the best project is recommended. The application of software on the oilfield further improved that the revised Gcomp is practical.
