The coke yield of the coking unit directly determines the economic level of the coking unit. The pressure vessel and micro reactor economic evaluation use the pressure vessel to produce the first, the second and the third heavy wax oil and use the micro reactor to obtain their coking yield under the same conditions. Then we can obtain the coking yield of the traditional delayed coking and the combined process, and then we can obtain the economic evaluation of the combined process. The results show that the heavy coker wax oil from the bottom of the distillation tower is lighter than the vacuum residue. The coke yield of the heavy coker wax oil will drop when the reaction temperature of the heavy coker wax oil raise. Under the same conditions, the coke yield of the first, the second and the third heavy wax oil are diminishable. The coke yield of combined process is lower than the traditional delayed coking. So the combined process is more economical than the traditional delayed coking.Different chemical bond need different energy to open, the composition of the coking materials is extremely complex, different materials need different energy to cracking. In this paper, we use two different methods to evaluate the heat cracking properties of heavy oil from different areas. The two methods are the given temperature method and the given heat methord.The innovations of this paper are completed the evaluation of the combined process by the pressure vessel and micro reactor, make up the evaluation methord of micro reactor project. Bring forward the conception of the first heavy wax oil, the second heavy wax oil and the third heavy wax oil and obtain thire coking yield by the micro reactor. Besides, we study the heat cracking properties of the heavy oil from different areas, bring forward the conception of the secondary evaluation and found the database primary.
