Spinning is a kind of press processing technique without cutting and is regarded as one important component of advanced manufacturing technology with wide application foreground. Generally spinning is classified as conventional spinning and power spinning. Comparing with power spinning the deformation process of conventional spinning is more complex, and more influence factors. The theory of conventional spinning develop relatively lag. So researching on it has important theory and practice significance.Draw-spinning is the main and the most widely application shaping method in conventional spinning, at the same time one quarter of the spinning material is aluminum and its alloy. So, in this dissertation the forming law of aluminum alloy draw-spinning is investigated with computer numerical simulation.It is hard to confirm the condition of the forming technics due to the complexity of draw-spinning. But the rationality of the choice of technological parameter influences the distribution rule of the stress and strain directly, and that influences the quality and dimensional precision of the spinning parts. So it shows the significance on researching it.Based on a set of technical data from practical production and analysis of dynamic boundary conditions, contact and friction, a mathematics model is established. Using eight-node hexahedron solid, ANSYS software is applied to 3D numerical simulation of aluminum alloy draw-spinning forming process. Analyzing the rule of variety of stress and strain, and comparing the influence on spinning force and wall thickness under different technological parameter (roller diameter, main spindle rotate speed, roller feed and motion trace ) and then explain the influence to forming process. Thus the result can make reference for the practical production and optimize the technological parameter.In the end, the reason of all kinds of defects occuring in the numerical simulation is analyzed.
