Water is the basis of natural resources and strategic economic resources, the crucial factor which be able to control the ecological environment, as important as food and energy, it is one of the three major strategic resources. It takes an extremely important position in the economic, social development and national security. However, China is a serious drought and water shortage country, freshwater resources being occupied for one person in China is only one fourth that being occupied for one person in the world, and is one of the 13 countries being poorest on water resources in the world . Thus water conservation, recycling of waste water has extremely important practical significance.In the family's day-to-day scrubbing process, it is not the entire process of the wastewater being generated that wastewater seriously polluted come into being, but is clean after the first cloud. If we can conduct real-time streaming of the wastewater and let the serious pollution emitted directly and the other part of the relative clean are reused, so that we can achieve object not without wastewater treatment and the direct use of this wastewater. A domestic wastewater automatically diverting unit was described in this paper, which is funded by Tai'an Science and Technology Council.This device is composed of two functional modules which are mechanical streaming equipment and control circuit. Mechanical diversion was compiled with triage swing spool valve and two electromagnets, the electromagnets driven spool moves when they are electrified, different electromagnet being electrified drives the shunt valve to different position, so that the wastewater can flow in different directions.Control circuit module is core of the device, whose main function is to control the two electromagnetics automatically. It mainly includes wastewater detection circuit, control logic circuitry, power amplifier circuit, timing circuit and DC power circuit and so on. Through piezoelectric sensors which were made up of light-emitting diodes and photosensitive resistors to detect the turbidity level of the wastewater and test results was outputted in the form of a different voltage. The voltage signal being outputted by piezoelectric sensor enter logic circuit and power amplifier circuit, and further control the two electromagnet to work, so that to make the wastewater flow in different direction. Timing circuit is used to control the persistence time when the two electromagnets electrified. By this way, it not only can save power consumption, but also extend the life of the electromagnet.Being tested by experimentation, the device was able to divert wastewater perfectly and it is safe and reliable when it works, furthermore,the structure is simple, and the cost is low, so it applicable for urban domestic use.
