The oil reservoir SP in the east of S1 region has made the better development result at stage after primary and secondary infill adjustment, but with entering ultra-high water cut stage, some unfavourable factors of influence development result have appeared again which display in some deposit unit injection-production corresponding difference, oil reservoir draw on state bad. Analyzed this reason, when the secondary readjustment well of SP oil reservoir designed the perforation programs ,some high water-cut stratum and risk storey were avoided penetrating in order to control the water cut of the new well in initial stage .So this certainly will cause the injection-production relation of some well groups imperfectly. After the new well goes into operation, water cut of some well groups increase quickly, the output decline increase. So perfecting well groups through perforation can slow down this contradiction effectively, improve the block development effects.This paper illustrates the necessity and feasibility of improving the injection-production relation of single sand body in the high water-cut stage for secondary readjustment well in S1 region. We propose some new methods for perfecting the injection-production corresponding relation of single sand body. It analyzes the injection-production perfecting ratio of different sedimentary patterns, illustrates the method and effect of comprehensive use of perforation to improve the injection-production relation.The great achievements were made that fine study of reservoir have been done, and three-dimensional quantitative geological model and residual oil numerical simulation analysis have been generated according to the problems that the block exists. Then the distribution of residual oil in the area is studied by numerical fitting on geologic reserves, oil production, water-cut and pressure. On the basis, we make use comprehensively of multiple technology including the streamline model, optimization model of interval injection allocation, parameter optimization design of the measure etc. We find out the perforation potential of secondary readjustment well pattern, compiling perforation principle and program. In order to raise integral development efficiency, meanwhile we have comprehensive treatment of the block, water injection well optimizes the designs of subdivision adjustment, shallow profile modification program. The oil well optimizes the designs of perforation, fracturing and large pump replacement program, find out various measures potentiality. By the implementation of these measures, have perfected well group's injection-production corresponding relation ,improve the producing degree of reservoir further, slow down the output decline, effectively control the increasing of water cut, which provides a reliable base for perforation design, comprehensive use of pattern and its adjustment of reservoir group SP in later stage.
