| Multi-function mobile antiseptic and thermal insulation production line is a new type equipment of anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipe prefabrication, which is to meet the oil field ground project to be developed and researched. The basic transformation of piping prefabrication from factory-fixed to field mobile can be realized by developing and using the equipment.This paper analyses and studies the technology and development trend of the anti-corrosion and insulation pipe and equipment, puts forward technical scheme of building the mobile production line. The product range and scale what suitable to the product line can be researched by experiment. Production process and facility layout can be optimum designed using CAD. Simulated process parameters and designed to select the optimum equipment setup schemes; Experimental study on the new technology of high pressure foaming machine in the mobile product line, exploring the high pressure one-step production of the foam pipe, raising working efficiency and ensuring quality. Experiment study on the optimum machine parameters of polyethylene epoxy powder and copolymer under glue; The no-freon polyurethane, reasonable raw material and quality guarantee can be elected by experiment. By using CAD system , studying on all angle and frequency controlling product line , transmission system not only realize screw feed movement of pipe but also realize transit motility on straight line; Studying on the PLC computer control technology applied to PE extruder, copolymer under glue extruder and rectification extruder in order to realize programmed control and touch screen displaying.
