As one of the effective pulse vibration cementing technologies at the bottom of well, the hydraulic power vibrating casing shoe with tilting plate has been applied in Daqing Oilfield and the effects are very good. The periodic exciting force acting on the cement slurry and casing pipe can be caused, which has the remarkable function on enhancing the quality of the cement; furthermore, it is cheap and easy to be applied and promoted. Although obvious result on the research of the hydraulic power vibrating casing shoe with tilting plate has been obtained, further research on the hydraulic power vibrating casing shoe with tilting plate is necessary, which can provide more theoretical basis for optimization, design and innovation of structure parameters, so that better quality of cementing can be obtained.According to the mechanism that the revolving of rotated plate changes the open area of water nozzle periodically, and using the method of equivalent circular area, the outflow characteristic of the water nozzle is analyzed in this paper. The flowing of the cement slurry which jet from the hydraulic power vibrating water nozzle with tilting plate is analyzed using the principle of the free submergence jet flow under the conditions of laminar and turbulent jet flow, respectively; the dynamic pressure change expression is derived and numerically calculated taking water as an example; the dynamic pressure distribution on the jet cross section and the dynamic pressure fluctuation on the center line of jet flow are analyzed under the conditions of laminar and turbulent jet flow, respectively; the influences of tilting plate diameter under the condition of laminar jet flow on the dynamic pressure fluctuation and the influences of tilting plate diameter, flow rate and angular rate of tilting plate on it under the condition of turbulent jet flow are analyzed, respectively. According to the Newton second law, the law of conservation of mass and the constitutional equation of Newtonian fluid, the annulus Newtonian fluid one-dimensional pressure wave equation is derived, taking the pressure fluctuation of the bottom hole as the known data using water, the wave equation is numerically solved and the results are analyzed.Based on the field tests of cementing on 40 wells in Daqing Oilfield, the results show that the jet flow of cement slurry through the hydraulic power vibrating casing shoe with tilting plate can produce pressure fluctuation and improve the quality of cementing.
