The development and exploitation of oil-gas field is the eternal question for discussion. With the development and innovation of exploitation techniques in both domestic and overseas oil-gas fields,rich experience has been accumulated on the development of ultra-low permeable reservoirs, a series of techniques applicable to the development of ultra-low permeable reservoir have been generalized .However, inadaptability appears while the waterflooding techniques applicable to the generally-low permeable reservoir are applied to those with ultra-low permeability, many problems and contradictions expose duing the course of waterflood, such as injection pressure going up,casing damage violence, the strata pressure going down quickly, the low strata pressure level, the difficulty in building up effective extruding pressure gap. These problems have limited and affected the development effect and economic benefit of the oil field.In order to develop the oil field with ultra-low permeability economically, rationally and effectively,it is essential to grope for the development techniques applicable to such oil fields. This paper takes the Fu yu oil layer of Long hupao oil field as the studying and testing object, it starting from the reservoir geology features and cause of formation, based on the study on the condition of reservoir fractures and the relationship between it and the ancient and modem stress field,according to the development theory of the ultra-low permeable reservoir, the measures of laboratory research and core experiment have been taken to study and discuss the development techniques and methods of the oil fields with ultra-low permeability. This paper discourses mainly upon the reasonable injection-production ration of oil field with fractured reservoirs and ultra-low permeability, and whether it is viable to regulate the well pattern and make it denser and how its effect and interests will be. Elementary understanding and conclusion have been acquired, which is predicted to play a certain role in improving reservoir development effect and in instructing how to develop the analo4ous oil fields from now on.
