The Research And Application Of Injection-production System Adjustment In Xindian Oilfield

Xindian oilfield was put into production in 1996. In order to further perfect injection production well pattern,successively experienced adjustment measures such as encryption outstep,conversion,perforations adding and any other adjustment measures,up to 2010, the composite water cut 59.02%, gradually stepped into the stage of middle and high water cut stages, during the development process many development problems of different level are exposed. The first one is that the distribution of oil, gas and water is very complex in Xindian oilfield, the oil, gas and water layer are judged difficultly; the second one is that the reservoir edge water energy of grape flowers is more abundant, advancing speed of edge water is fast and water cut rising fast; the third one is that the effect proportion of waterflooding of Gaotaizi reservoir is small; the forth one is that the proportion of inefficient wells is high, and the development effect of oilfield is poorer.In this paper, starting from the problems of oilfield encountered in the actual development process, the development rule and the problems existing in the development process are analyzed, the necessity of adjustment of injection production system is put forward, goes on detailed analysis and demonstration for Xindian oilfield from oil and water wells ratio, formation pressure, control degree of water flooding, level of accepted effect,development degree of edge bottom water, advancing speed of edge bottom water and other aspects, the necessity and feasibility of adjustment of injection production system is put forward, oil water migration regularity is improved, ease water cut rising courier, slow down the natural decline rate, the quality of oil field is improved by adjusting injection production.Combining with the geological characteristic of reservoirs and well pattern development form of Xindian oilfield, in this paper, the adjustment principle of injection production system,reperforating principle, water distribution principle, and design development plan based on the principle of formulation are put forward, index and economic benefit are forecasted. The research shows that the injection-production adjustment method determined by this paper has good applicability for improving the development effect of Xindian oilfield, at the same time,the method determined by this paper has a certain guidance and reference significance for adjustment of other middle and high water cut oilfields.
