Electrochemical analysis method that can give high sensitivity and selectivity is simple, fast ,accurate and so on. There is a very important theoretical significance and value of application in studying the pesticide residue . Direct electrochemistry examination of the pesticide with the electricity active group has gradually become a hot research methods; In addition, electrochemical methods of the intermolecular interaction, may study the entire electron transport process of the non-covalence compound, the entire electron transport process, instruct that the size of the intermolecular action, and reveals many biological phenomena and the pharmacological effects. In this pape, voltammetric behaviors of the herbicide quinclorac and pesticide imidacloprid in BR buffer (pH=2.0) was studied by differential-pulse stripping voltammetry. The determination of quinclorac and imidacloprid has been finished by this method, and the mechanism of two pesticides for the electrode process is also proposed. The experimental result proved that it is a good way to determine quinclorac and imidacloprid, and accord with the detection limits of pesticide residue analysis of the requirements; As the modified electrode could make up the shortcoming of low sensitivity with the bare electrode, the electrochemical behavior of imidacloprid and carbendazim at poly(alizarin red) film modified electrode and 1 mol/L H2SO4 activated electrode have been studied by differential-pulse stripping voltammetriy, and enhance the sensitivity of the method; The chemical property of the interaction between the biological macromolecule and the minor intermolecular , has become a very active research subject at present, the electrochemical analysis method of the action of metribuzin and the bovine serum albumins supplies the basic research information on the environment impact.
