Plate steel is an important raw material which widely used in various sectors of the national economy. With the development of industry, corporation and consumer put a more and more precise demand on the profile of strip, To rolling out good quality sheet, we developed cross-roller, sub-cooling, the dumping roll bending roll, and other shape control technology to improve the quality of shape. This paper studies on the export plate crown and flatness which impact by various cooling water parameters and sub-loading convective heat transfer coefficientIn this paper, first introduce the basic knowledge about temperature field and thermal crown, and the determination for convex roll thermal boundary conditions, Focused on the calculation of cooling water convection heat transfer coefficient and heat flux. Then use finite element analysis software MARC do some simulation and analysis of the thermal crown impact by cooling water parameters and sub-loading convective heat transfer coefficient.Establish mechanical rolling process model, and make the thermal deformation which reached thermal equilibrium state as an initial conditions into the mechanical model, then do some coupling rolling analysis. Then analysis the export plate crown which impact by various cooling water parameters. Obtain the thickness distribution of strip influenced by cooling water parameters and sub-loading convective heat transfer coefficient.Establish the rolling process thermal coupling model, consider of tariff crown and metal horizontal movement. Analysis the profile (residual stress) impacted by cooling water parameters. Obtain the law of profile which impacted by cooling water.
