In this thesis, domestic and foreign development state and grating measurement principle of grinder measure and control devices are briefly introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of several classical moire fringe division methods are analyzed and compared with each other. Frequency multiplication technology is combined with the phase-locked moire fringe subdivision method with the purpose of research on the practicability and subdivision precision of the moire fringe signal. By the way of theoretical analysis and experiments simulation, the method is feasible and practical. At the same time, it can improve the quality of the original signal, reduce the recommend of the orthogonality and equiamplitude, and improve the subdivision precision.Based on phase-locked division method, a method of using LSI-ISP devices is designed to realize integrating designation .This thesis briefly has introduced ISP devices and hardware description language Verilog HDL, and in detail explained the grinder measure and control system based on phase-locked subdivision method and ISP design theory.The program scheme combines the hardware design with software which has the features of modularization and functions. The thesis gives the basic constitute, function of each part of the hardware circuit, simulation wave of every part, the design idea of the software and follow chart of the main program and subprogram.The features of the new integration scheme can be described as follow: high division precision and easy debug are achieved in the scheme; it can divide and detect direction in the ISP device; it also integrate square wave and some logic devices into the ISP device, which can improve integration, reliability, stability of the system and has the character of software designation instead of hardware designation and in system programming, so it becomes very convenient to modify the circuit and extend the function.Based on frequency multiplication technology and phase-locked moire fringe division theory, the grinder measure and control system is designed to be integrated with ISP technology, so it is improved on signal track capacity, precision, integration and reliability. By means of circuit simulation and debug, it is justified that the system possess high grinding precision, high integration, good reliability and can realize digital control, so it has some practical application value.
