In our life and the production, impurity ingredients in the circulating water will be scaling on the inner wall of the pipeline; it will corrode the pipes, and not only accelerate the deterioration of the equipment, but increasing security risks. For a long time people who have done a lot of research on the mechanism of scaling inhibition and descaling and realized that the electromagnetic water treatment method is effective in physical water treatment, it also has some advantages such as simple operation and green environmental protection. However, since the disadvantages of the electromagnetic water processor in the output single fixed frequency and low power and poor environment adaptability, cause the effect of scale treatment is not ideal. In view of the shortcomings of the existing electromagnetic water processor in this paper, I design a kind of circumvolute electronic pulse water treatment device; it can adjust the output frequency of the sinusoidal electromagnetic field according to water quality changes in the environment in real time, and effectively improve the efficient of descaling and antiscale.Firstly, this paper analyzes the working principle of the circumvolute electronic pulse water treatment device, set up a decision analytic solution of the induced current models of descaling efficiency, and induced current of water according to the equivalent circuit of differential equations, measuring the efficiency of water processor use power average power of the induced current on the solution, The function relation is obtained about the average power, excitation signals and the size of field coil. Through the study of the theoretical analysis of water treatment device load characteristic, and on this basis to determine the device technical specifications.Secondly, this paper chooses the voltage type inverter as the main circuit structure of high frequency power supply, through water treatment device of high frequency power supply commonly used power regulation characteristics are analyzed and compared, puts forward the current zero phase inductive PWM model of high frequency power supply is more suitable for water treatment device load, and analysis the realization principle and main circuit commutation process of high frequency power control mode based on the current zero phase lock inductive PWM model.Thirdly, design and development the water treatment device from the main circuit and control circuit according to the technical specifications. Through the analysis of the main circuit in the circuit topology selection and device parameters were studied, gives the water treatment the hardware design of the main circuit, control circuit mainly to MC9S12XS128 micro-controller as the core, with CD4046 PLL frequency tracking technology, realized water treatment device real-time transmission and the resonance frequency, power control and power failure protection function.At the end of paper, designed three sets of controlled trials, by measuring the winding coil inductance in the humidifying pot value and observed the bucket water turbidity to verify the descaling effect. Test results show that: in this paper, the design of the electric pulse flushing processor device has good descaling effect, and has a greater capacity to adapt for the environment.
