Along with alumina investment continue to heat up,China's consumption of high-quality bauxite increased dramatically,in order to ease the shortage crisis for the ore,high-sulfur and middle-low grade bauxite in alumina production technology development is imperative.This paper studies the two-stage sintering process of A/S=5±bauxite,right away, whose superiority and rationality have done out analysis,and have examined the optimum technological conditions by the experiment.The results show that the best conditions for the first period of sintering:alkaline ratio is 1.25,1100℃sintering temperature sintering time 40 min,and alumina dissolution rate amounts to 88.56 percent;The optimum conditions for the second stage of sintering:calcium ratio compares 2.2,1150℃sintering temperature sintering time 40 min,and alumina dissolution rate of 82.14 percent;When lixiviating temperature is higher than 90℃,an obvious effect of separating out SiO2 is produced,and A/S of sodium aluminate solution is above 400.Increases BaO.Al2O3 in the sodium aluminate semen to carry on the desulphurization,obtains best desulphurization condition:The barium aluminate recruitment 100%,the temperature is 75℃,desulphurization time on 20min,the desulphurization rate reaches 95.72percent;Two-stage alumina sintering process of dissolution rate of 97.40%,the total consumption of the chemical base for 11.57 kg.
