With the development of drilling and cementing technology,Fuyu Oil Section in Jilin Oil Field can be drilled the shallow horizontal well by the depth about 400 meter. By the general drilling instruments, the limited oil lay such as the underground of river and citytown could be exploited effetely to reach the purpose of advance percentage recovery.This paper studies the problems of shallow horizontal well cementing such as the rheological property of washing fluid, the compounding formual optimize experiment of spacer fluid. Because the horizontal well was different to the straight well, the property of slurry at horizontal hole must have high request. We have in-depth analysis at interlayer seal index with the question of annulation micro-fracture,so offer the design proof with the slurry system which has the micro-expand property. And we also studies the loss fluid property of slurry,the center of casing and the turbulent displace design. The optimize design of cementing index was conposed of the slurry structure with two stage slurry system that one stage have long set time and another short set time slurry. Sixteen horizontal welsl were applied with perfection effect.
