Changchunling region and Fuyu region in Jilin Oilfield have shallow buried depth oil layer (330-500m). Its formation cementation is loose. There are more abundant inspissated pools in the area. Because of heavy oil flow resistance, most of them are by the way of heat visbreaking reduction to extract, thermal recovery by steam injection are the mainly method. Steam injection thermal recovery is generally steam huff and puff, later converted to the method of steam flooding. During the steam flooding process, there is often a result of well cementing the second interface section micro-gap lead to uneven or serious suction gas-well gas channeling and the problem of low thermal efficiency of steam. Thus affect the development effect. Therefore, the well cementing slurry of thermal recovery of heavy crude oil well must be adapted to meet the steam huff and puff and steam flooding method requirements. Owing to the existence of the features that low cementing temperature (22-30℃) of adjustment well with the simultaneous and high temperature requirements (higher than 270℃), there proposed higher requirements for the well cementing slurry system and well cementing construction process. High temperature materials should be selected to slurry, and also be asked to return to the ground. Therefore, the development technology of shallow layer thermal recovery wells is an important application of cementing technique that we must attention and overcome.This paper carried out the features of the Changchunling region and Fuyu area's stratum and the well depth launched a shallow recovery well cementing technology research and application of research and exploration work. The main technical problems about shallow layer thermal recovery wells cementing slurry are discussed in detail, proposed solutions, By the laboratory experiments, we research the fine performance of shallow layer thermal recovery wells and the deveolopment requirements cementing slurry system with low temperature and high strength, after field application, there form a good slurry performance.
