Research On Technology Of Pipe Scaling Prevention With High Power Ultrasound

Scaling happens in the oil production, seriously affects normal production and wastes much energy. It is the main reason of scrapped pipeline. Now it is normal to use the chemical method for scaling prevention. However, it costs much and leads to second pollution. Therefore, it is urgent to find a new scaling prevention method. As the computer and material technology has developed, high power ultrasound develops fast, which is used in more and more field. Because of cavition, mechanical and heat effect of ultrasound, it is used to prevent scaling in the oil field, which is certificated.On basis of many documents, the paper introduces the development process current application situation and of ultrasound, do some research on scaling theory and water quality analysis method, finds out the reason and harm of pipeline scaling, elaborates factors which lead to scaling in detail and gets the superiors of scaling with ultrasound through proposing and comparing all kinds of scaling prevention methods. It also researches mechanism and discusses cavition effect. Indoor experiment is designed, through which effect of some frequency, sound intensity, modes of action, time of action, temperature and pH on scaling prevention, discipline is summarized, which provides foundation for ultrasound scaling prevention equipment.According to the indoor experiment, ultrasound scaling prevention equipments are designed, including ultrasound generator, transducer and so on. In some two mineral of Liaohe oil field, spot experiments are done. Through analyzing the results of experiments and actual, the improved program is developed, and the best parameters equipment and motion rule of ultrasound scaling prevention equipments are fixed. After application for one year in Liaohe oil field, the ultrasound equipment is fit for oil field.The paper provides theory foundation for application in the oil field in large scale. Because ultrasound scaling prevention has characteristic of less investment, no pollution and convenient use, it must have better development and application prospects in oil and gas field.
