Hong-Ke fiberglass pipeline length of31.7km, diameter DN200, design pressure of5.5MPa, primarily charged with the district Hong Shanzui dilute aqueous crude oil transshipment to the NO1oil production plant lubrication oil processing station for task processing. Due to the higher salinity of Hong Shanzui oilfield produced water, pipeline pigging run the ball first pigging clogging occurred eight months later, in the process of cutting the tube to take the ball found the main reason for blocking the ball is in the pipeline generated a lot of scale. To solve this problem, this paper, theoretical analysis, field investigation, laboratory tests, numerical modeling, software processing, field experiments carried out related research. In this paper, a large fundamental technical data has been collected and the scaling environment has been analysed. The water and scale samples from the Hong-Ke fiberglass pipeline have been tested, which has given the composition of water content (mainly about the ions) and scale sample components. According to scale sample composition analysis, the scaling in the Hong-Ke pipeline for calcium carbonate scale. Surface fouling mechanism of the fiberglass pipe and steel pipe for differences in physical properties, using the Davis-Stiff saturation index and Ryznar stability index for Hong-Ke pipeline scaling trend forecasting, pipeline operating parameters in the current scaling will occur. Then according to the water quality components of the Hon-Ke pipeline, design laboratory static tests, get45℃,40℃,35℃,30℃,27℃,25℃scaling rate, and other temperature obtained using linear interpolation, in the mean time, get Hong-Ke pipeline of produced water transmission line fouling the critical temperature of27℃. Experimental data and field data using a combination of methods to determine the scale of the pipeline sedimentation coefficient is0.26, calculated scaling amount January1,2014to March18inside the tubes with the experimental results, the use of live pigs methods to verify the calculation results to give reliable results conclusions. After verifying the results of the use of the Hong-Ke pipeline to determine the temperature of the transportation plan, optimize transport temperature at room temperature, determine the temperature of each month delivery in2014, to ensure Hong-Ke pipeline safety, economic operators.
