The down-hole gas/water separation and recycling techniques were applied in foreign portion oil field and worked well now. Recently, the correlation technics were investigated by domestic researchers, as for the limitation of the down-hole space, it is difficult to control and stabilize the pressure, and the disadvantage factors limited the application of this method in oil and gas field production.This paper described the study and theory analysis of down-hole gas/water separation system and water produced re-injected system, the suitable down-hole gas/water separation pressure equilibrium and drainage gas equipments were designed in this paper. The pressure equilibrium equipments installed at the separator overfall orifice, which can adjust the pressure equilibrium, set up the unlock pressure, attain to the pressure work requirements of separator and realize the separate efficiently.The across packer installed at the recycling layer, which can collect the gas in the aquiferous and follow into the exploitation layer. The other drainage gas valve installed at the mouth of well, which can discharge the gas into the interspace of oil pipe and sleeve. The across packer and drainage gas valve increase the maximum gas recovery quantity enormously.Numerical simulation was carried out by using hydrodynamic software FLUENT. The simulation of interior flow field of the different drainage gas equipments were performed by means of k-εturbulent model, control volume method and SIMPLE arithmetic method. The rules of pressure distribution characteristics of the drainage gas equipments were gained. Based on the down-hole gas/water separation parameters, the pressure equilibrium and drainage gas indoor simulation experimental equipments were designed, and the down-hole gas/water separation pressure equilibrium indoor simulation experiments were completed, which obtained a relationship of spin dimension and unlock force.Study on the predigest drainage gas equipment test has been carried out and contrasted to study the result of numerical simulation. The connection of floater configuration and parameter between unlock pressure and pressure difference (the difference of close pressure and unlock pressure) were established. After the analysis on influence relations above, the results verified that the optimal performance of drainage gas and block water was the floater of sphere floater which the diameter is 5.5 mm.This work provides theoretical base and experiences for further research of the structure characteristics, flow field characteristics and structural optimization design of the down-hole gas/water separation pressure equilibrium and drainage gas equipments.
