Coal,known as the "grain" of industry,has played an important role in China's economic take-off.With the development of economy,the demand for coal is increasing day by day.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent the safety accidents which are easy to happen in coal mining.Mine drainage is a common phenomenon in coal mining,but its influence can not be underestimated.In the process of coal mining,with the continuous influx of water in the formation,the accumulated water flow in the mine will continue to increase.If it cannot be discharged in time,in addition to the damage of mechanical and electrical equipment,the enterprise will suffer property losses,and in serious cases,it will directly flood the roadway,causing life and safety threats to the underground staff.At present,most of the underground drainage devices in coal mines use the drainage mode of jet pump or vacuum pump to start the centrifugal pump,which requires artificial control of the start and stop of the drainage pump.The technology is relatively backward,the degree of automation is low,and the drainage system cannot be unattended.Against the above,combined with the golden beach water pump drainage system automation transformation of homeowners in the middle of the coal mine,this paper puts forward a kind of mine drainage control system based on configuration and PLC,the control system of PLC as control core,using water tank water start centrifugal pump drainage way,configuration software to replace the original manual control running the operating system.This paper briefly introduces the working principle,components and main technical basis of mine drainage control system.First from the hardware selection and design,mining multistage wear-resisting centrifugal pump and three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motor and other execution equipment selection,the control system required to use the selection of various types of sensors,I/O point distribution and selection of PLC,and then the electrical movement of programmable control box required for the main electrical components selection,Then guide the wiring connection of these hardware according to the electrical drawings designed.Then according to the actual parameters of jinjitan coal mine underground central water pump house design water tank.The volume of the water tank is designed first according to Bernoulli equation of fluid mechanics,and then the key components of the water tank are designed according to the international specification size table,and then the front and side of the water tank and the internal view are drawn with CAD,and the structural design of the water tank is explained,among which the innovation is added to the access hole and internal filter device.Finally,three-dimensional modeling software SOLID WORKS is used to draw a three-dimensional map of the water tank.From the software of PLC program design,choose STEP 7-Micro/WIN SMART Version V2.5 programming software to write the program,And the control system in the clock reading,analog data acquisition,fault protection,parameter setting,automatic comparison of water level,automatic comparison of time,left and right gate valve control,operation output,manual control mode,automatic control mode,online remote control mode and other subroutine modules are introduced.The MCGS configuration software is used to design the monitoring screen of the upper computer.On the menu selection interface,there are three options:protection parameter setting,time period working setting and working mode setting.Press the protection parameter setting to enter the setting of positive pressure,negative pressure,current,flow rate and pump temperature.The working time is set in automatic control mode according to the change of water level of underground water tank in coal mine and local electricity price trough.Working mode setting is manual control mode,automatic control mode,online remote control mode three buttons for mode switch.The MCGS configuration software is easy to operate,and the monitoring picture is concise and vivid.Figure[51]table[8]reference[81]...
