The industrial status of the soybean product and the disposal and utilization of the soybean dregs in China are analysed here. Later the nutritional and hygienical functions of the soybean dregs are discussed.The efficient pulverizing method for the soybean dregs is discussed that based on being familiar with the material characteristic of the soybean curd.Then after studying the high shearing homogenizer and high speed incising and pulverizing machine,by using of the ANSYS software,the model of the key component of thehigh shearing homogenizer―― rotor is established.The distortion of the rotor with the highrotating speed is obtained.The result of the probability analysis is got. The shattering process of soybean dregs in the homogenizer is investigated by Computational Fluid Dynamics Software――FLUENT.The velocity-field and pressure-field of the circumference and radiusin the rotor and stator are analyzed.The flow field of the diagonal alveolus is also simply analysed and compared with the analysed results of the high shearing homogenizer. The pulvering experiment for the soybean dregs is carried out by the high shearing homogenizer and high speed incising and pulverizing machine.The effect of different technicses for the soybean dregs' pulvering is discussed by the use of the experiments.And the best equipment for the soybean dregs' pulvering is fixed on.The scheme of no dregs and depuration for the industrial soybean dregs is put forward.In this thesis through the theory analysis and experiment study of the high shearing homogenizer and high speed incising and pulverizing machine the best equipment at present for the soybean dregs' disposal is found. It offers the use for reference for the soybean dregs' disposal. The probability analysis for the high shearing homogenizer's rotor and the flow field analysis for the stator and rotor's alveolus of high shearing homogenizer and high speed incising and pulverizing machine lay a foundation for improving the capability of the high shearing homogenizer.
