In this paper, in allusion to the problem of heavy oil's combustion that difficult to atomize, low combustion efficiency and the dust problem, it puts forward technology research about heavy oil's combustion with water in order to make full use of energy and control environmental pollution.lt has an important economic value and theoretical significance. The emulsified heavy oil's prospects, the development status and trends at home and abroad, as well as the current instability problem is introduced here.The high-speed shearing technology is used to improve water dispersed heterogeneity effect, so as to achieve the purpose of improving heavy oil emulsion.The basic theory on emulsified oil and the mechanism of economizing energy and reducing pollution is introduced.After its stability analysis it concludes that the dispersed particle size can be reduced to extend the hierarchical time and improve stability, the droplet's deformation and fracture is discussed. The droplets rupture condition is got. The homogenizing mechanism about laminar flow and overfall of the high-shear homogenizer is analysed. It gets qualitative geometric parameters, the working parameters and material properties parameters on the effect of phacoemulsification. It provides a theoretical basis to improve emulsifieation of the high-speed shearing.Simulates three-dimensional flow field of emulsified heavy oil in high shearing homogenizer by applying RNG K-S turbulent model and the MIXTURE model of two-phase flow of computational Fluid Dynamics software FLUENT. The three-dimensional numerical simulation about the flow field of high shear homogenization of heavy oil emulsion is carried through. The pressure field, velocity field, etc are mentioned. Through changing the speed and tooth gap of stator and rotor, its internal flow field to the effect of emulsifieation is analysed. Taking the shear stress as the guide line the effects of emulsifieation is optimized to speed, trough width of the stator and rotor, tooth gap and other parameters through orthogonal test. Test research of heavy oil emulsion by using the high-speed shearing technology is made.The speed, emulsifying time and other parameters to the effects of emulsifieation is analysed. The high-speed shearing technology can effectively improve the stability. The heavy oil production system is designed.lt lays the foundation for promoting the use of emulsified heavy oil.
