Series of P(DMAM-co-HPMA-co-EHA-co-St) were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of monomers N,N-domethyl amimethyl methartylate (DMAM) 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate (HPMA), 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) and styrene (St), referred to PDHES. The configuration characters of the polymers were characterized by IR,1H-MNR,GPC and DSC techniques. Ionomer PIDHES which had positively charged was got through adding lactic acid into PDHES. Ionomer PIDHES could self-assemble in selective solvents into spherical structure micelles. Ultraviolet Spectrometer, Zeta potential instrument, Laser Light Scattering, Fluorescence of pyrene absorption, TEM and SEM were used to characterize the assembly process. Factors such as DMAM content, ionization degree (I.D) of PDHES, the initial concentration of PIDHES solution and so on had direct impacts on the formation of micelles, the critical water content (CWC) and micelle fluid dynamics radius (Rh). And preliminary studied of the behavior of second assembly by PIDHES micelles induced under electricity inducement. The different micelle concentration and the induction time had influences on the process of its secondary assembly. As the PIDHES micelles had core- Shell structure, internal core was hydrophobic chains, the external shell was hydrophilic chains, for the performance of the structure was amphiphilic, the micelles could be used as emulsifiers. Micelles solution mixed with organic solvents would form emulsion after homogenous disperse. The research showed that: PIDHES micelles solution can form O/W type emulsion by adding equivalent n-octane after homogenous disperse. The factors such as solvent, DMAM content, ionization degree, water content, salt concentration and so on would have an impact effect on emulsification.P(FA2C-co-AA) was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of monomer FA2C which was hydrophobic and contained photosensitive side chains and hydrophilic monomer AA. The configuration characters of the polymers were characterized by FTIR, GPC and DSC techniques. P(FA2C-co-AA) could self-assemble in selective solvents DMF/H2O into spherical structure micelles. Ultraviolet Spectrometer, Laser Light Scattering were used to characterize the assembly process. The water content, the solution concentration, ultraviolet light, organic solvents, and other factors had influences on CWC and Rh. As for the performance of amphiphilic polymer micelles, micelles solution can form O/W emulsion by adding equivalent n-octane after homogenous disperse. Ionization degree, UV irradiation time, concentration of the mielle solution had an impact on the results.
