The Study On Compressibility And Token Of Warp Knitted Spacer Fabrics

This thesis mainly studies the compressibility and token of warp knitted spacer fabrics.At the first, the paper sums up the manufacture raw material, equipment and sums up the producing process and handicraft characteristic of the large space warp knitted spacer fabrics from manufacture technology, warping, weaving and finish . Following, the thesis studies compression properties of warp knitted spacer fabrics and the influence factors of it. On the common use basis of testing method ,selects the LRXPlus electron material test machine according with GB10807-1989 standard to carried out compression performance of the warp knitted spacer fabrics and foam with the same thickness, points out the main factors are yarn density, lapping angle, the density of the yarn and space distance.Secondly, the paper particularly studies the finite element mechanics model, carries out the rational hypothesis by analyzing fabric compression deformation, establish the finite element model by the software of ANSYS finite element method, and has carried out the simulated analysis on the model compressing deformation , verify and amend the model by tests data ,finds out the accurately deformed contour plot and strain curve. At last, the paper make a valuation for the parameter of the spacer fabric'compressibility ,that is finite element model, by changing the structure parameters of model, carries out the simulated analysis on the model compressing deformation,get every corresponding structure parameter strain value under different strain condition and find out the main factor of affecting the spacer fabric'compressibility by the software SAS carrying out the method difference and regression analysis.All in all, the innovation of this subject is the application of finite element analysis method in the studying on compressibility and token of warp knitted spacer fabrics and make the study further of compressibility. It can improve warp knitted spacer fabrics'quality better and can contribute to the application of warp knitted spacer fabrics worldwide.
