The Plant Design For Producing 200t/d Liquid Milk

The product line of 200t/d milk and milk drink is mainly designed.During the design, the research of feasibility was done from market forecast and sell tactics.The detailed process was testified and analyzed for each process.On the base of it,the calculation of mass balance, heat balance,the amount of the raw material and supplement material,water,electricity,steam were determined respectively.Then,the type of main equipment was selected.Finally,the investment estimation and cost accounting were done.After the accomplishment of the design specification,large number of drawing work was done in this design as follows:flow diagram of plant,plane figure of main plant.
