The selection of electrical transport equipment for mine construction is crucial to achieve high quality,fast and efficient,closely with the subject structure,working principle,performance characteristics,mine equipment selection design and operation theory of knowledge,the key link and its influence to effectively identify electrical transport system,to evaluate the risks that may exist.And the electrical transport system support ability and the reliability of the comprehensive evaluation,the research content mainly includes the following parts:Analysis on the selection of mechanical and electrical transport equipment and its cause of formationStudy on the selection method of mechanical and electrical transport equipment and its adaptability.Study on the stability of mechanical and electrical transport equipment in fully mechanized coal mineComparison and analysis of the system stability before and after the upgrade of the electrical and mechanical transportation system of the two mineThe subject comes from Beijing Tiandi Huatai mining management Limited by Share Ltd Youth Fund Project.In the world of Huatai operation Na er mine as the research object,through the Na two mine electromechanical transportation system in the control system,distribution system,main shaft coal belt disc braking system,the gear box and the cooling system for a series of late adaptation before and after the equipment operation rate,failure rate,maintenance workload and other indicators the comparison of the data,analysis on the change of system stability.
