Injection-production Inconsistencies And Treating Measures On The Second Type Polymer Flooding Reservoir Of Gudao Oilfield

This paper discovers the south block of Gudao oilfield has many characteristics by going deep study into Gudao oilfield second type reservoir especially the upside of Guantao group in the south of Gudao Oilfield reservoir geological characters. The characteristics contain:1) low sequence level faultage developing and complex structure;2) bad reservoir physical property and strong heterogeneity;3) high crude oil viscosity,total salinity and reservoir temperature. The upside of Guantao group in the south block has also lots of characteristics,such as the reservoir water flooded seriously, reserves produced non-equilibrium, remaining oil dispersed highly, complex well network and the up and down layer system interfered seriously. Focusing on the main problems occurring in the south block,six related researches were launched with polymer flooding:1) use correlation analysis and 3D seismic wavelet multiscale margin inspection technology to fine check the faulted system and structure system;2) apply log constrained non-linear inversion technology to fine describe the reservoir,after processing seismic data and log data;3) carry research on the south block reservoir architecture structure,identify single genetic sandstones type,explain spatial allocation,analyse continuity and connectivity of sandstone,make the production injection connected relation clearly from the inside of the reservoir;4)take reperforating,drilling new wells and helping stop production wells etal actions to more perfect well pattern and enhance injection-production rate elation,assuring polymer flooding development;5) put up comprehensive treatment,control polymer flooding cross flow,assure injected polymer validity;6) strengthen lower liquid well treatment,take matching technology actions to exert polymer flooding potential.By comprehensive research,it has gotten seven matching technology and the polymer flooding exploitation of the south block has made good effect,as same as polymer flooding effect of the first type reservoir. Now,there are 90 effective wells,the incremental oil has already been up to 69.09×104 tons and enhanced the oil recovery 2.83%,providing important reference significance for the polymer flooding work aftertime.
