With the increase in depth of coal mining, Hyperthermia harm is becoming serious problem. For example, exposed coal mine Guqiao,Dingji and Panyi, It seriously endangers the health of staff and affects efficiency the temperatures of deep-level mining face is over 40 degrees Celsius. Cooling programmer carrying water chilled from ground to deep-level by drilling the vertical shaft is proposed. The design theory and calculative method of deep vertical shaft carrying water chilled with large diameter is systematically researched for the first time by theoretical analysis, test research and numerical simulation.In theory, the method of calculation for outer steel pipe and inner steel pipe of vertical shaft carrying water chilled are analyzed, Calculative formula of heavy wall pipe infinite length is adopted for general pipe under inner,outer pressure, calculative result is very accurate; Membrane theory of shell is adopted for horizon and oblique pipe short length and complex load; Bending theory of cylindrical shell is adopted for bottom of inner pipe, it can gain approximate solution.Influencing factors for opening stress concentration in bottom of inner steel pipe by numerical simulation is analyzed, the programmer optimized of the opening reinforcement is proposed; heat insulator is selected and thickness of heat insulator is determined by heat engineering analysis and calculation, Heat-insulating property of heat insulator is tested and verified by test research; outer steel pipe's stability under Radial pressure is studied by theoretical analysis, test research and numerical simulation, the applicability of relevant formula is verified, the basic way which can enhance critical force of stability under radial pressure is proposed, the basic way is examined and verified by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. This paper's conclusions can be used for designing vertical shaft carrying water chilled as a reference.
