Along with the increase in depth of mining, surrounding rock stress environment has changed, which made the structural characteristics and mechanical behavior become more complex, thereby roadway stability control has become difficulty, operation environmental has deteriorated, the cost of production has risen sharply. In a word ,The stability of excavation and supporting structure of roadway is one of main problems having an influence on the mine production.According to the specific conditions of No.1 Liu Qiao mine, using laboratory tests, ground stress measurement and inverse modeling in laboratory, the stress state of surrounding rock has analysed, including its size, direction and distribution, base on experimental results, this paper try to find destruction causes of damage instability in the high field stress roadway, then roadway deformation damage mechanism and bolts-grouting reinforcement mechanism has also been studied systematically. By establishing rheological model and rheological mechanics theory of roadway, a hyperbola function of between displacement , stress and deformation are modulus of rock is obtained. It put forward roadway as a whole object to bolts-grouting reinforcement, And in accordance with the actual conditions, taking sub-governance to control the surrounding rock. The practice shows that supporting structural stability were ensured by using this approach proposed in this paper.
