The theme is to demonstrate the process of forming peroxide and then grafting it to crylic acid. The plasma with the rusty surface and PET textile can become into peroxide in low temperature in oxygen. The conditions of synthesis which will affect the degree of graft, such as plasma treat time, plasma power, monomer concentration and temperature, are also be discussed. We found that in the beginning, the degree of graft will be increased along with the increasing of monomer concentration. When the monomer concentration is about 20%, the graft accelerates. When the monomer concentration is about 40%, there is the peak value. And then the degree of graft decreases in case of the monomer concentration increasing. The temperature also affects the degree of graft observably. The degree of graft becomes the biggest when the temperature is 50℃. The degree of graft will be increased along with the increasing of plasma power and time, while the moisture regain rate will be increased along with the increasing of graft degree. It shows that the PET textile can be well graft to crylic acid after activation. The textile will show good performance of hydrophile and chromaticity after grafting.
