The paper does research on flow sewage treatment by drop-aeration biofilm process.Hope to find the best parameter and filler for the process.This paper is divided into two parts.The recent process and its application in sewage treatment by diofilm reactor is reviewed in the first part.In the second part,the experimentation of wastewater treatment by drop-aeration biofilm process is did.Conclusions can be drawn by analyzing the data:The conclusion can be drawn by research on the capacity of elastic filler,fibrous carrier and the cinder that the elastic filler is the best one for the process.It use less time for membrane's completion and the membrane grows better and quicker.The rate of COD removal (77.6% in average)and the oxygen transfer efficiency are better .The treatment of domestic sewage by the drop-aeration biofilm process was preliminarily investigated. The experiment results indicated that , under experimental condition with HRT for 2.4 hours,the capable of pollutants removal of the process are the best.When the HRT is 2.4h,the removal of COD,NH4+-N and turbidity are respectively 74.15%,18.44% and 75.28%.The rate of COD removal in the three reactors are respectively 18.65%, 29.62% and 26.11%. The concentration of DO in the effluent wastwater is1.8mg/L.Conclusion can be drawn by the research on the rate of NH4+-N removal that the rate of NH4+-N removal of the system is the best when the HRTof the second reactor is 1.2h.The rate of NH4+-N removal removalhave both increased in the second and the third reactor.The average rate of the processis 21.84%,the concentration of DO in the effluent wastewater is 0.54mg/L.It's confirmed by the research that the best filler for the process is elastic filler and the best HRT is 3.8h. the corresponding HRT of the three reactor.
