This thesis is based on the principle of biological contact aeration process, biological fluidized bed and aeration biological filter. It mainly deals with floating filler and fibrous filler in biological contact aeration process and the effects of removing COD B0D SS in municiple sewage treatment and recycling. The effects of the two fillers in biological contact aeration process are separately investigated. Some particular effects in pracitical using are deeply analyzed. The test mainly studies the municiple sewage and makes an experimental provision based on the thesis. The flowing: municiple sewage→lift pump→anaerobic acidation process→ floating filler process → fibrous filler process → sedimentation tank. It studies the relation among dissolved oxygen, hydraulic settling time, aeration and the CODcrefficiency. It indicates that (1) the microbial film on the filler distributes well; (2) the fillers has high spacing and can' t be jammed by the microbial film; (3) surface area per volume is big;(4) its hydrophilicity is good; (5) it needn' t be washed itself; (6) it is ecnomical and durable. By analyzing the two kinds of fillers, we can master the filler' s traits and and make wastewater reclaiming more effective. And the two fillers has proved to to be of high actual utility through engineerings of He Lan Zhuang Yuan in Ji Nan.
