Injector is a kind of equipment which used for mixing tow different pressure liquid to get a middle pressure mixture. This equipment doesn't need consume electricity, thermal energy and has no rotation parts, so it has the advantage of easy structure, working credibility and saving energy. The injector has greatly used in power engineering, chemical industry, metallurgy, light industry, textile industry, heating and refrigerating industry.This paper mainly illustrates an experience about injector used in the hot-blast stove. This injector that used for mixture the blast furnace gas and coke-oven gas is used in the steel plant's hot-blast stove, in that way; it can enhance the blast furnace gas calorific value.This paper's main achievement is simplifying the design formula of injector. And this paper uses the simplified design formula to design scale-down equipment .and I use the equipment to study the character of the injector. In this purpose I set some experiments to test this injector. In those experiences I try to find out the empirical equation between the structure parameter of the injector and its performance parameter. Finally I used the numerical method to simulate this equipment and compared the numerical result an experiment result.
