Hot blast stove is an indispensable heating air equipment i n modern blast furnace metallurgical production,Its main function is to provide continuous hot air for blast furnace.Under the limited conditions,it creates favorable conditions for high production,stable production,energy saving and consumption reductio n of blast furnace to increase the hot air temperature as much as possible.There are many parameters that need to be monitored and controlled for the hot blast stove,especially the change regularity of each temperature point is not strong,and the linear characteristics are poor;moreover,the operation of the hot blast stove is not strong,and the feedback of operation and detection parameters lags behind the control operation seriously,etc.in a word,the automatic control of the hot blast stove is a complex industrial process that changes with time.On the premise of limited objective conditions,how to design the control system of the hot blast stove dome temperature is particularly important.In this paper,based on the No.1 1800m3 blast furnace overha ul of a steel plant,combined with the control requirements and process flow of the No.1 blast furnace hot blast furnace,the control system scheme is proposed and designed.According to the control scheme,the hardware of PLC system and upper monitoring s ystem are designed respectively.The lower computer uses AB RSLogix5000 programming software to realize the process of automatic furnace change.The upper computer monitoring uses the configuration software(Rsnetworx)as the development tool to complete the design of the operation screen,in addition to the design of the alarm,process parameters and historical trend screen,which can better monitor and manage the technological process of the hot blast furnace system,save and archive the historical data and curves,and timely detect the abnormal status on site and send out the alarm signal.The author deeply analyzes the technological process of the hot blast stove of the blast furnace and focuses on the combustion control scheme of the hot blast stove in view of the large temperature change in the combustion process of the hot blast stove and the difficulty in realizing real-time control.The existing problems of the original control system are analyzed and summarized.At the same time,taking the exhaust gas temperature and vault temperature as references,an automatic control system based on gas and air double cross limiting hot-blast stove composed of DCS and PLC is designed.Considering the strong coupling characteristic of hot-blast stove combustion process,intelligent fuzzy decoupling control is designed,thus establishing a fuzzy control rule table.Based on the system control scheme,the hardware and software of the system are tested,and the field trial operation effect is good,reaching the control requirements of the system.The stability and reliability are greatly improved,and the expected effect is achieved.
