The Construction Of Eco-ethics Based On The Scientific Development View

With the rapid development of science and technology, and improvement of the human conquest of nature's ability to continuously improved, human access to material resources from nature unprecedented, and at the same time, the survival of the natural environment has also been significant damaged. Industrial pollution has been reduced the use of natural resources, biological species, ecological imbalance, and so poses a threat to human survival and development of the global ecological crisis. It is difficult to achieve harmony of people and social because of environmental degradation, a high degree of nervous energy supply and the conflicts between economic development and energy resources.Therefore, we must re-examine the ongoing development model, reflect deeply on the survival of the existing methods and ideas to find a new way that guarantees both social development and a healthy ecosystem. However, it is not enough only relying on science and technology and regulations building to get out of the current difficulties. We must influence and change people's values to enhance the consciousness of protecting the environment, and inspire people's moral responsibility e to protect the ecological environment to ensure harmony between mankind and nature, thus continue survival and development.Eco-ethics is a kind of ecological crisis on the Elimination of the value of the building, which suppress people's desire for an over-expansion using the power of ethics, and deal with the relationship between man and nature correctly, and re-establish the measure of value losing in the face of the natural, thus treat the natural morally. Therefore, the construction of the eco-ethics in the right mode of development to change our moral and ethical values is particularly important.In this paper, the methods of combination of analysis and synthesis, the methods of research literature and the methods of unifying of history and logic are used. Through analyzing ecological crisis and survival crisis that mankind is faced with, the paper discusses the insufficiency of tradition development view, and then points out the scientific and inevitable for scientific development view. The necessity and importance to construct ecological ethic is discussed, and the Implication of Eco-Ethics covered by scientific development view and the basic requirements to construct eco-ethics are elaborated. Under the guidance of the scientific development view, it is necessary to build the reasonable eco-ethics concept and sound policies and regulations, and reform the modes of production and change consumption patterns, thus realize the mutual co-ordination about social, economic, population, resources and the environment.
