Luminescent bacteria method was commonly used to acute toxicity because of fast response and high sensitivity. But luminescence had a wide range, tedious operation, poor reproducibility, it was difficult to field test for carrying sensors inconvenienc. Therefore it was necessary to explore a new biological testing method which were low-cost, easy to operate, could be field-tested.The Method of algae infrared radiation was established based on algae infrared radiation of algae changed when it was interferenced could be detected.Sensitive algae means high difference in temperature response, rapid response, more medicine response and a lower dose。whether there was exist the sensitive algae and how to determine it.That was key technology. The research carryed out from April 2006 to December 2007.Selection of algae and it's index, the sensitive period of algae were carryed out in prophase research. Sensitive algae were determined preliminarily by mensure infrared radiation of eight algae responded quickly in each of ten pesticide. Sensitive algae were finally determined by sensitivity test. At the same time joint toxic test was carried on.Firstly, algae infrared radiation of algae changed when it was interferenced could be detected. There was exist the sensitive algae and could be determined by experimente. This method was feasible .Secondly, ten pesticide responsed to eight species algae , the response time were 2.0min ~ 3.8min, average time was 3.2min.The time of Euglena gracilis was 3.8min,Anabaena flos-aquae was 3.6min; The average of maximum difference in temperature of Euglena gracilis was separately 0.19℃and 0.20℃, as refering to the bactericide, The average of maximum difference in temperature of Anabaena flos-aquae was 0.20℃. Euglena gracilis was sensitive algae to the herbicide and insecticide and Anabaena flos-aquae was sensitive algae to the bactericide determined preliminarily.Thirdly, the sensitivity of Anabaena flos-aquae responsing the pesticide was between 0.03 and 3.0mg/L,Euglena gracilis responsing the pesticide was between 0.01 and 5.0mg/L. The sensitivity of luminescent bacteria testing the pesticide was between 1.0 and 50mg/L. Euglena gracilis was sensitive algae to the herbicide and insecticide and Anabaena flos-aquae was sensitive algae to the bactericide finally determined by sensitivity test.Fourthly, in mixture of glyphosate+triadimefon, haloxyfop+jinggangmeisu, glyphosate+monosutap, jinggangmeisu+fenpropathrin and triadimefon+monosutap were antagonistic effects ; paraquat+triadimefon and glyphosate+monosutap were addition; paraquat+fenpropathrin, zhongshengmycin+monosutap, triadimefon +fenpropathrin and glyphosate+zhongshengmycin both had antagonistic effects and addition to different algae.
