Research On The Layout Of IC Industrial Zone Based On Enviernment, Safety And Health Concepts

Information industry is the focus of global development in the 21st century. As the basis and core of information industry, Integrated Circuit (IC) has been the strategic industry with influence to the national economic and social development, and has become the focus of international competition and an important indicator of overall national strength. However, in the process of IC production, we must use over 300 different kinds of raw materials and solvents, among which there are toxic and flammable gas, strong acid, strong alkali and organic solvents. There may be a great harm and even a disaster on human health and environment if wrong operation or improper management exist. Presently, many cities have overall planning on the development of integrated circuits. They are going to promote the development of integrated circuit industry by the way of industrial zone's layout. Therefore, based on the ESH concept, it is very important significance on the IC industry's healthy development, effective protection of the environment and the prevention of occupational diseases and accidents by improving the study on layout.This paper absorbed the research results all over the world , then put forward IC industrial zone's layout programming indexes based on ESH, and last researched how to apply the indexes.Firstly,this paper summarized the research on ESH all over the world, then studied the theory and methods of ESH as a basis of its theory- IC industrial zone's layout programming system based on ESH.Secondly, this paper analyzed the status quo and problems of ESH in enterprises, and pointed out the relevant control and management methods. Based on the study above, this paper introduced layout programming, analyzed the sources of pollution in industrial layout construction. The paper put forward IC industrial zone's layout programming evaluation indexes system based on ESH on the analysis of environmental influencing elements, and gave the relevant qualitative and quantitative analysis model.Finally, the planning system was used in a practical programming. Pointed to the environmental features of IC industrial park and based on the related planning objectives, the evaluation indexes system had been applied in a case, calculated all the indexes, and gave control measures. Some research results have been adopted and achieved certain implementation results.
