The high energy consumptions,high inputs,high emissions and intensive developments in the petrochemical industry chains have seriously increased the load of park resources and environment,even more and more be closed to the resource and environmental constraints boundary.And the traditional“two-wheel driven”governance of economic and environmental protection at the end of the process is difficult to be achieved,so the ecologicalization of industrial chains becomes a new choice to realize the park sustainable development.In this paper,empirical and standard combined research methods,quantitative and qualitative combined research methods were employed.Proceeded from the sustainable development,circular economics and green economics theories and based on a real petrochemical industrial park development planning,the industrial chain ecologicalization methods were researched by using the natural ecosystem food web connectivity algorithm and the material-relied matrix clustering reconstruction method,from those three aspects:the ecological connectivity and efficiency of industrial chain,the extension of industrial chain,the optimization of spatial configuration.And the coupling of industrial chain planning and regional atmospheric environmental quality were also analyzed by using the A-P value method and the AERMOD model simulation method.Which can provide new thoughts and methods references to realize the ecologicalization of industry chains.The results show that:the by-products and waste streams connectivity play a decisive role in ecological level of industrial chains.This petrochemical park has a refining industry chain with better ecological connectivity and high integrity.But since the connectivity shortage of the chemical industrial chain,to some extent,the ecological connectivity of the whole petrochemical park is limited and lower than the average level of domestic demonstrated parks,so the ecological level of chemical industrial chains can be increased by extending the chemical industrial by-products and increasing the waste streams recycling rate;the change of unit space position in the industrial chains does not cause the change of material relationships between chains,the material transmission distance between the industrial chain units and the complexity of material exchanges can be reduced by the spatial layout optimization.In addition,the risks due to the long term transport of materials and pipelines staggered are reduced effectively,which promote the ecologicalization process of industrial chains;the high coupling of the industrial chains development and the regional environmental quality is the precondition of industrial chains decolonization.There is a high coupling of the operations and atmospheric environment quality of industrial chains in this petrochemical industrial park,and the added total annual emissions of SO2 and NO2 can also meet the requirements of the total amount of permitted.
