Study On Economic Loss Accounting Of Chongqing's Building Material Caused By Air Pollution

This study aims at calculating the economic loss of Chongqing's building material caused by air pollution, according to "green GDP accounting guide" by Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning, and providing data for Chongqing's green GDP accounting, its main contains are as follow:①Survey the revelation saves quantity of different building material in Chongqing city zone, by the method of planet photograph with high distinguish rate, sample area investigate, and so on.②Basing on the study result of per person building material revelation saves quantity in city zone, or unit city to build up building material revelation saves quantity, combining the result of field survey on building material revelation saves quantity in apiece suburb district and county, reason out the revelation saves quantity of different building material in entire Chongqing area.③Obtain technique parameters such as damage threshold, maintenance and replacing fare/cost of different building material, etc., by the method of consultation, information and market research.④According to the air pollution degree in apiece suburb district and county of Chongqing, combining the ready air pollution-material Dose-Response Functions, calculate the economic loss of Chongqing's building material caused by air pollution.Through these studies, some main conclusions were drawn as follows:①In 2004, the total building material revelation saves quantity in Chongqing's city to build up was 369.003 million m~2 , among which Chongqing city zone accounted for 50.3%, West Chongqing Economic Corridor accounted for 22.2%, Ecological Economic Zone in Three Gorges Reservoir Area accounted for 27.5%. From the anlysis on material category, the revelation saves quantity of china was the most, which accounted for 45.85% of the total revelation saves quantity; cement was secondly, which accounted for 29.72%; zincificationed steel was less, which accounted for 0.15%.②In 2004, the economic loss of Chongqing's building material caused by air pollution was 149.082 million RMB. Among the ten building material, the economic loss of aluminous erode was the most, which accounted for 47.0% of the total loss; from the view of economy area, the economic loss of building material caused by air pollution in Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere was the most, which extending 59.6%; that of West Chongqing Economic Corridor was less, which was only 19.8%.③In 2004, the economic loss of Chongqing's building material caused by air pollution occupied the 0.58‰of the Gross Domestic Product in that year. Among the fourty districts and counties, the propotion of economic loss of building material caused by air pollution in GDP in Wansheng District, Nan'an District, Dadukou District, Yubei District and Ba'nan District were comparely higher, which all arrived at 1.0‰; that of Bishan County, Kaixian County and Dazu County were comparely less, which were no more than 0.2‰. Among the three economy area, the propotion of the economic loss in GDP in Metropolitan Advanced Economic Sphere was the most.
