Recently, germanate molecular sieves are one of the great interests in microporous and zeolite-analogous systems. Because germinates have more structural diversity of coordination chemistry compared with silicates, some of their frameworks are novel with fascinate features. However, the study of germanate molecular sieves is far from enough. In the paper, several different organic compounds react with germanium oxide as template and solvent in solvothermal syntheses. The proportion of the raw material will be adjusted based on the result of the experiments. And the structure and figuration of the crystal is studied by XRD and TEM. According to the rule above, a molecular sieve of germinate system have been obtained by using Tetrahydrofuran and Triethylamine. The crystal, containing 8-10 Rings channel, is colorless, polyhedral. And the effects of modifying the template and solvent to the crystal, structure and figuration have been learned.By the attempt of adding K+, layer structure crystal of (NH4)3H(Ge7O16)(H2O)2.72 have been obtained in several germinate systems. The crystal is cubical, samdwich and containing 8-10 Rings. Based on the experiment, the presence of K+ in the system make for the crystalling of (NH4)3H(Ge7O16)(H2O)2.72.Besides, the condition of forming crystal GeO2 has been studied. As the compose element of molecular sieve, the crystal of GeO2 has heavy meaning to getting the molecular sieve of new topology. In the paper, several systems have listed which have obtained the crystal GeO2. The crystal of several systems is very differente. Also, the effects to the crystal of GeO2 have been studied by the modification of the template. The rules of getting the crystal GeO2 have been summed up.
