Ramie cotton fabric and Viscose rayon rich in cellulose are still the main textile material. They have been well utilized a long time,and lots of waste products supervene at the same time. How to deal with the waste has become a big problem to us. As we know,cellulose can be hydrolyzed to saccharine then fermented to ethanol. Recent years,the significance of ethanol that takes the place of petroleum has been acknowledged. The exploitation of bios-ethanol becomes very popular. But raw materials in exploitation are almost wheat straw and cornstalk,but not Cellulose,which is a damp rag. Hydrolyzing Cellulose into saccharine is the key step of producing bios-ethanol,which contains two technics: Hydrolysis using acid or using cellulase.In the technological research of hydrolyzing viscose rayon by cellulose,orthogonal experiment is used to study the main factors that affect hydrolyzing viscose rayon by cellulose. The main factors contain time,temperature,dosage and additivity methods of cellulase. Transform of framework of cellulose has been studied by SEM,and the technological process has also been well promoted.The conclusion of orthogonal experiment indicates that the best condition of Hydrolysis contains the ratio of solid and liquid(2g/200ml),dosage of Cellulase(10ml),temperature(55℃) and PH value(4.5). Under these conditions,the rate of hydrolysis can reach 87%. Research indicates the process of hydrolysis presents three stages which are early stage(slow speed),mid stage(fast speed),final stage(almost no speed). On these conditions,testing time should be 80~120 minutes. In the temperature coverage of using Cellulase,raising testing temperature can shorten testing time and raise rate of Hydrolysis. Separating the cellulase amount into several parts when adding it into the solution can shorten testing time and cut off the costs. Observing the pictures shot by SEM,we can see that the framework of cellulose have been destroyed and the extent of destruction has an important effect on hydrolysis.
