This paper mainly studied on the role of ionic liquids in cellulose enzyme degradation of cellulose. Include of the role of ionic liquids in cellulose and ionic liquids in cellulose enzyme. The role of ionic liquids in cellulose and ionic liquids in cellulose enzyme. The experiment selected 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethyl phosphate([Emim]DEP) and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([Emim]Ac) two kinds of ionic liquids. It turns out that, in conventional conditions, the time of [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac dissolve cellulose is 10 h and 12 h, and the crystallinity of cellulose are decreased to 70.7% and 65.5%;By characterization methods of XRD, FT-TR, SEM, we could see that the ability to dissolve cellulose of [Emim]DEP is stronger than that of [Emim]Ac.Cellulase, mainly based on the activity of enzymes to judge to investigate the effects of ionic liquids. The experiment were conducted the effect of ionic liquids to Cellulose enzyme activity,endoglucanase enzyme, dextran exonuclease and β- glucosidase. And the mixture of microcrystalline cellulose and cellobiose for the influence of the substrate. It turns out that, in the process of enzymatic hydrolysis, when the dosage of IL is less than 2.0%, IL act as promoter, when it is 0.5%, the promoting effect is the biggest,[Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac make the enzymatic hydrolysis rate increased by 29.4% and 25.2%. Under the condition that add in 0.5% IL, the results show that the ionic liquids have an obvious promoting effect on β-glucosidase, [Emim]DEP and [Emim]Ac make the enzyme activity increased by 28.7% and 23.9%. the dextran exonuclease enzyme activity increased by 13.3% and 23.2%. With microcrystalline cellulose and cellobiose mixture as the substrate, add 0.5% of the ionic liquid as a comparison, along with the increase of the content of cellobiose enzyme activity gradually decline. Join in the ionic liquid can fall inhibition of enzyme activity, and the effect of the [Emim] DEP than [Emim] Ac.
