Conventional fossil resources in the world are stretched to the limit, and environmental problems caused by using energy are more and more serious.Energy development and utilization of the world focused on the development of new and renewable sources of energy. In recent years,urban sewage have been used in heat pump as its cold and heat source. Some scholars believe that is sustainable and it is an effevtive way to use urban sewage source.One of the key problems for using sewage-source heat pump system is to select sutibale heat exchanger.In this paper ,the study is based on soaking heat exchanger, which is most used in China. With its lower heat transfer effectiveness and metal waste, this paper used corrugated tube instead of routine smooth tube to improve heat transfer effect.This study make heat transfer research of different heat exchanger tube with the same length and diameter but different velocity by numerical simulation methods. The result shows that, corrugated tube has better heat transfer rate than smooth tube with the same influid velocity; lower velocity is more effective in heat transfer when the heat exchanger tube is the same. It is also can conclude that influence of tube structure is more effect than velocity of fluid on enhancing heat transfer.This article is also introduces fouling of heat exchanger of sewage-source heat pump, including types of fouling,fouling process,fouling mechanism and so on. It mainly studies the type of fouling and reaches the model of fouling so that we can quantify the fouling of heat exchanger of swage-source heat pump to get ready for deeper research in this field.Finnaly putting forward the main results of this study and the proposals for further research.
