Surface roughness is one of the most important targets in measuring quality of surface machining. Forecasting surface roughness in real production can increase labor productivity and consume cost and induce laboring intensity.Considering the milling line distance and milling rotate angle and milling speed and forward amount together mathematic model affected surface roughness is established. The geometrical model is made by bicubic Bezier curve surface and spherical-shaped is exampled. Considering rotation eccentricity and axis offset in main axis rotation and applying the coordinate transition principle and vector calculation rule the track function of any point in workspiece coordinate is set up during milling procedure of multi-axis about spherical-shaped milling cutter. Using programming language named VC and graphic library of OpenGL emulating software is finished. This software can simulate the machining process of curve surface and show the surface feature of surface and exhibit the analyzing the result by surface roughness used by curve lines.Through experiment the mathematic model is right and the result by software export is reasonable. These can be used in reality.
