The heat-temperature resistant ablative coating that has the high permeability of wave was studied in the paper.The coating can be used on radome surface to make the control signal from earth successfully processed by instrument of the aircraft in high-temperature environment.The silicone resin was selected for the substrate of coating because of its good heat resistance and dielectric properties.coating packings has effect on coating's performance.The nanoparticles was the special stuffing,In the polymer/nanoparticles hybrid system ,the nanoparticles was targeted to confect the high performance nanometer compounding coatings.In order to improve the combustion temperature, the Al(OH)3 and the Mg(OH)2 was added, which can form the double hydroxyl metal-oxide compounding materials with layered structure. The triphenyl phosphate ester also can improve the combustion temperature.The silane coupling agent can make the nanoparticles distribute evenly in coating and eliminate the nanoparticles' aggregation effect making the coating more stabilization.Silicone resin /SiO2 hybrid system advance the silicone resin's mechanical properties, the SiO2 has the ability to stop coating burning in the system.In high temperature enviroment, the SiO2 will react with carbon and absorb heat.On the basis of these theories, we design the formula and apply thermal analysis to test the thermal reaction and lose weight situation in different temperature. The sample without processed in high-temperature enviroment and the sample with processed in high-temperature were compared with IR to find the better sample and advance the formula. At last, we test the best sample, the result show that the coating's lose weight is less than 10% in the tepmperature 3000℃and permeability of wave is over 90% in the 1G~18GHz,so the permeability of wave meets the requirement.
