With the rapid development of science,technology,and industry in modern society,people have higher and higher requirements on the comprehensive properties of coatings.The coating with single property can't meet people's various needs.Compounding is an important trend in the development of modern coating science.Because of its excellent film-forming property,good substrate adhesion,good flexibility,and low cost,the organic resin has always been the preferred film-forming material for coatings,but its service life is usually short and its hardness is often difficult to meet the use requirements.Although inorganic materials have the advantages of long service life and high strength,they also have the disadvantages of high cost,poor toughness,and difficult processing.New coatings with better performance can be prepared by the combination,complementary and collaborative optimization of different organic and inorganic materials.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.(1)At present,there are many studies on the preparation of superhydrophobic coating by blending nanoparticles with resin,mainly using resin as the main film-forming material and nanoparticles as fillers.However,there are some problems,such as difficulty to control and not wear-resistant.In this thesis,firstly,a layer of epoxy resin was coated on the surface of the substrate,and then the fluorescent superhydrophobic nano-F-Si O2powder was evenly sprinkled on the resin.After the resin was cured,the F-Si O2/EP double-layer coating system was obtained.Then,the PDMS/F-Si O2/EP three-layer coating system was obtained by dipping the F-Si O2/EP double-layer coating system with a certain concentration of PDMS solution.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were characterized by abrasion test,immersion test,and electrochemical test.The results showed that after 400times abrasion test,the coating was soaked in a salt solution(3.5%Na Cl),acid solution(p H=3),and alkali solution(p H=11)respectively for 5 days,the surface contact angle of the coating was more than 150°and the rolling angle was less than 10°and still maintained good superhydrophobic property.Electrochemical experiments show that the composite coating still has good corrosion resistance after immersion in brine for 4 days.(2)The problem of environmental unfriendliness of traditional high pollution solvent-based coatings is increasingly prominent,and its application is more and more limited.As a new type of coating,alcohol-soluble acrylic resin coating has obvious advantages compared with traditional solvent-based resin coatings and water-based resin coatings.In this thesis,the alcohol-soluble organic/inorganic composite resin was designed,that is,the alcohol-soluble acrylic resin was prepared by free radical polymerization,and then it was combined with silica sol,and the formula was optimized by changing the proportion.The resin was characterized and the effects of different amounts of silica sol and flake zinc powder on the properties of the composite coating were studied.The results show that when the mass percentage of silica sol is 40%,the organic/inorganic composite resin with excellent comprehensive properties can be obtained.Based on the composite resin system,the alcohol-soluble zinc rich anticorrosive coating was prepared by adding flake zinc powder.The coating prepared in this study has the advantages of a simple preparation method and superior performance.It can be used in the field of heavy-duty corrosion protection with a harsh environment and high requirements.Also,the ethanol solvent used in the coatings is less harmful to the environment,which is in line with the future development direction of coatings.(3)A common traditional functional coating system consists of a primer used as an adhesive,an intermediate coating providing function,and a top hydrophobic protective coating.However,the traditional coating system is more complex,with many disadvantages such as high cost and high pollution.This article uses epoxy resin with excellent comprehensive properties and amino silicone oil with good heat resistance and hydrophobic properties as the main raw materials.Firstly,the epoxy resin was labeled by the reaction between the amino group and an epoxy group of TPE-2CH2NH2,and then the composite resin was obtained by the reaction between the amino group on amino silicone oil and the epoxy group of epoxy resin.According to the Hansen solubility parameters of the two resins,the appropriate solvent was selected to dilute the composite resin,and an appropriate amount of diethylenetriamine curing agent was added to make the coating spontaneously form a two-layer fluorescent hydrophobic coating system during the curing process.During the experiment,the reaction process was monitored by fluorescence characteristics and the mechanism of self stratification was studied.
