γ-lactone andδ-lactone ,which are important perfumes and intermediates for pharmaceuticals , were synthesized in this thesis . With methyl acrylate and n-alcohol as raw material, three kinds ofγ-lactone were synthesized in the presence of peroxide as catalyst. Optimal parameters were obtained through a series of reactions based on different raw material ratio, initiator , acid promoter and reaction temperature. The amount of alcohol in the reaction is preferably 5 moles per mole of methyl acrylate. The reaction parameters such as temperature, reaction time and best initiator were optimized by peroxide 1% of the substrates. A synthesis of 2-penty-cyclopentanone starting from diethyl adipate through Dickmann condensation reaction followed by alkylation and then decarboxylation . A series of aromatic perfumes were prepared with good quality and high yield .As cyclodextrin can protect unstable perfumes, stabilize erratic materials, im- prove its stability in high temperature, strengthen its anti-oxidant and anti-violet performance. With its ability of improving the solubility of water-unsoluble perfumes, inclusion complexes ofβ-CD and vanillin were prepared and characterized. The existence of the complex is tested via UV and IR spectra .The best inclusion state was designated through rounds of reactions with variousβ-CD/vanillin mole ratio. Whereafter , influence of different salts on inclusion effect was studied . Cations of many kind was examined , that results in rule.
