| This paper is divided into two parts.In the first part , the technology of transformation fromα-pinene to p-cymene is studied. As an important intermediate in spicery industry , the p-cymene is mainly prepared to muskiness. As one kind of the cheapest crude essential oil,α-pinene is mainly extracted in turpentine.α-Pinene is even used as fuel because its supply exceeds demand. Therefore it's significative to catalyzeα-pinene to p-cymene. To achieve this arm, two methods are planed to transformα-pinene to p-cymene. The product of two methods is determined as p-cymene according to GCMS and 1HNMR spectrums. After a series of experiments , the best conditions of two methods are determined. Besides, the difference between two methods are showed.The second part is on the synthetic method for 3-methyl furan. Electrophilic substitution reaction on furan mainly accur onα-position, so it's difficult to prepare 3-methyl furan in this way. By reviewing the synthetic method for 3-methyl furan and analysing the difference of them, a best method is chosen. This part studies the first two step of the selective way to synthesis 3-methyl furan from the common substance such as methyl formate, acetone and methanol etc, and a best way to prepare 4,4-dimethoxy-2-butanone is determined. |
