With the development of the social economy, the mining depth is increasing and the heat harm of mine becomes increasingly serious. At present the main measures of mine temperature drop technology includes refrigeration and air-conditioning cooling and non-refrigeration and air-conditioning cooling. These technical measures have played an important role in the area of mine temperature drop. But they also involve some limitations, for example increasing wind for lowering temperature is limited by section of mine roadway and wind speed. And research shows that heat radiation of wall rock lead to increase the temperature of the wind in the main mine roadway of high-temperature areas, finally the temperature of workplace will be increased.If we can reduce the heat radiation effectively in the line of air ventilation, the temperature of gust of wind will be reduced obviously, as a result we can reduce the temperature of the workplace. Choosing the insulated and waterproof material both can reduce the heat radiation and decrease latent heat between the gust of wind and mina roadway. That is an active technology of treating the heat harm of mine and a new development direction.In this paper the theory analysis, simulation experiment and on site measure were combined. Then the experimental system was built under the principle of similarity. Concrete was used to replace the actual sandstone in mine tunnels. The actually heat and mass transfer process was simulated by the experimental system. The air state parameters at the outlet and temperature distribution in the surrounding rock can be monitored with changing of the temperature, humidity and velocity at the inlet of airflow. By a lot of experimental conditions and statistics methods, the influencing factors and change law of airflow heating and humidifying along the laneway when flowing through wet tunnel walls and surface steady temperature of surrounding rock was concluded. Especially study the energy efficiency of latent heat and sensible heat of gust of wind after daubing insulated and waterproof material.
