With the increasingly severe situation of the global energy in present age, China–a countrythat is dramatically active in coal production and consumption–has to make efforts on exploringnew energy and conserving coal resource at each stage of coal use process. The mine exhaust airin the process of the coal-mine production can generate a very rich waste resource, which is alow temperature heat resource with superior quality because of the stable state of temperatureand humidity of exhaust air flow all year around. So it has practical significances and economicbenefits to recycle this energy through the heat extraction device, which not only provides astable supply of heat for mining area, but also indirectly saves primary energy and secondaryenergy. On the basis of engineering thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and heat-masstransfer, this paper theoretically analyzes the mine return air spray of heat transfer. It studies thedifferences between mine return air spray heat spray chamber and ordinary air heat transfer fromthe perspective of heat exchanger, and innovatively puts forward the spray cooling model ofheat-extracting devices of mine return-air-source heat pump system. Under the circumstances ofensuring the normal operation of the mine situation, it takes the air volume of the return air intoconsideration to classify the return air heat extraction devices and conduct the six various formsof related calculations and research. And comparative analysis of the advantages anddisadvantages of various return air heat extraction device is made, and the thoughts and methodsof spray device’s application in heat pump system are summed up. Based on the similar theories,it creates the physical model testing to conduct the experimental study of utilization efficiency ofheat energy. By changing forms of the spray equipment, spray quantity and air flow volume inthis experiment, this study shows that these three factors have a significant impact on theefficiency of heat transfer equipment.Based on the current research, this topics, with the purpose of extracting and utilizing themine low-grade geothermal energy, studies the proposed physical model theoretically andexperimentally in detail, which provides a platform for using heat extraction device in the future...
